We just arrived at the hotel...boy was Emma (and I) glad to be out of the car!
Friday night we attended the rehersal dinner. It was right on the harbor and the Domino sugar factory was across the way from us. Trivia note...Domino Sugar factory produces 6 million lbs of sugar a DAY!
On Saturday we headed out to the National Aquarium. It was really neat. Emma enjoyed watching the fish. We were really amazed that she watched and followed them swiming across the tank. When we firsted entered the aquarium they have a large open area that you can watch rays, a sea turtle and sharks swim together...I could have stayed there all day and watched.
Oh No Emma...watch out!!!
Inside the aquarium they had a rainforest part with neat birds and frogs (yucky!).
This is a fun picture of Emma watching the dolphin show. Although I think she probably had more fun blowing raspberries at the people behind us. By the time we would get her attention to show her that the dolphins were doing a trick they would be done and she would have missed it.
Doesn't she make a cute dolphin?!?!
Konked out after a full day of fishing...I mean watching fish...
Next we headed over to Fort McHenry. This is the battle where Francis Scott Key was inspired to write the Star Spangeled Banner (our National Anthem).
Back at the hotel and ready to hang with Grandma.

We tried so hard to take a picture where you could see Emma's face too...didn't have much luck :-)
