Thanksgiving

After an eventful week last week, we decided to tone it down and have a relaxing Feast over at the Wick Estate. Big Mistake! Just kidding, as usual, it was as fun and wild as ever. They are such good friends and good hosts - I think they ended up cooking three turkeys for who knows how many people. It was great to enjoy the day with our friends. Not to say we didn't miss our family up in Michigan -- we certainly did!

Now the holidays are officially here, the house is officially decorated. We were going to do up the outside of the house, but decided to hold off on the big stuff until next year.

The big things on the agenda are “someone’s” first birthday party next week and some evening activities and meetings mixed in. We also have Emma’s friend Jack’s first birthday as well. We’re going to another b-day party today. Lot’s of “firsts” this time of year.

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Emma is on the move!

Not so fast here...
