Here are some pics from the first part of "retirement week"
Day 2:

Day 1:

Emma loves climbing up the burm on the side yard to Reese's trail. She picks up rocks and dirt. He really isn't a fan of her being up there yet.

She does pretty good climbing up the hill. But to get down she tries to walk down but after a few steps she sits on her but and skootches all the way down. It is so funny to watch!!! And when she gets to the bottom she stands up and claps!

My first day of retirement was good. I can see why you wait til later in life to retire. . .it is a TON of work. We got a lot of good things done today around the house. Tomorrow we're heading to crowder's mountain for a hike and hit up the zoo later in the week or over the weekend. I start work for a few hours on Wednesday and then a half day on Thursday, so we're trying to pack in as much fun and time to get organized as possible! While I am excited to get started, we're making the most of this week!
