We've had a fun & busy couple of weeks. Emma is talking all the time now, and saying lots of 3 word phrases with a few 4 word phrases mixed in there. She is starting to be picky about her clothes (which I am not ready for). Check out some of our happenings:
The week after Halloween Olivia & Ethan came over for a costume party (Had to get one more wear out of them). The kids looked so cute in their costumes. Here ballerina Olva & bee Emma are checking out Ethan the fish.
JayJay came by for a visit. Thanks Army for closing the base!
And last week we went to Sesame Street Live. I have to tell you, in the morning I was pretty confident Emma wouldn't last 10 minutes let alone the entire 90 minute show. But she did great. She really watched and noticed as the characters left & returned to the stage, asking "where did Ernie go?" She lasted 80 minutes - the last 10 minutes weren't too pleasant as it was way past naptime. There should not be an intermission in these kids shows - just make the program shorter! It was a good thing we sat in the upper deck b/c the characters mingled around meeting the kids on the floor - that would have ruined it I'm sure :-) She liked them from afar.
I couldn't get one picture of the kids looking at me, instead there are three pictures with one of each kid looking at the camera - I just need to make a flip book :-)

This past week Mia & her doggy Batman (or Bat Doggie as Emma calls him) stayed with us. It was so beautiful this weekend that we headed up to the park and hiked.
