Saturday was chicken day at the nature museum. Emma got to hold a 3 wk old silkie chicken. It was so soft & fuzzy. When asked how long they live, the woman replied "15 - 19 years but the neighbors dog usually gets to them before that". What?!? Did she really just tell a 4yr old that?!?
